Welcome to VibeFlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VibeFlo desktop application and related services ("Service"). By using VibeFlo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VibeFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VibeFlo is a desktop application that enables users to create and run automated workflows using AI. The Service includes:
- Desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux
- License management and activation
- Account management via web portal
- Customer support
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. License and Usage
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeFlo for your personal or business purposes.
Each license allows activation on up to 3 devices per seat.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Pricing: $60 per seat per year
- Free Trial: 14-day full-feature trial
- Billing: Billed annually via Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent any security or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
7. Intellectual Property
VibeFlo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your flows, macros, and automation content remain your property.
8. Third-Party Services
VibeFlo integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
